Etching Hill Pre-School

To apply for a place at our Pre-School or Nursery you can telephone, visit or email by using the information on our contacts page.

Children can attend our Pre-School from 2 years old.  Places are limited so we ask parents to come in to fill out a form registering your interest.  This will then ensure that you are on our waiting list and where spaces are available you will be contacted.  Click this link for our Pre-School Admission Policy

Application for the Nursery is a formal process through Staffordshire County Council School Admissions Team.  You can either apply online by visiting or you can print off the paper form below, bring it in to us and we can forward to admissions on your behalf.

We have a wonderful Nursery which provides a range of flexible hours to accommodate our parents/carers. The Nursery works alongside the Pre-School to extend the provision by offering fully funded sessions, and other sessions which are chargeable, to meet the needs of our parents and children. The Nursery has recently been rated as Outstanding by the LEA.

Etching Hill Nursery offers the following fully funded places:

Option 1 - 5 mornings a week (8:50am-11:50am, Monday to Friday)

Option 2 - 5 afternoons a week (12.20pm-3.20pm, Monday to Friday)

Once your funded sessions have been booked, there are extra sessions available to all children. You can book morning or afternoon sessions, or full days. There are no restrictions on how many sessions you require (providing they are available), but these sessions are chargeable.

The application form for you to apply for a nursery age setting is provided below.
